The Hillsborough Cattlemen Foundation is a Non-Profit organization that focuses on assisting youth involved in agriculture as well as supporting our local first responders and military personnel.

The foundation assists local youth by purchasing livestock projects at local fairs and festivals, purchasing livestock equipment for those in need, and educating consumers on the importance of including beef in a healthy diet. The foundation assists local FFA,YLPA and 4H chapters with monetary donations to help those organizations reach set goals, such as getting the members to competitions, seminars and award ceremonies.

The HCF also supports local first responders and military personnel with the Sheepdog Outdoors Program. In partnership with local non-profit Hook-A-Hero, our program selects nominees from an entry pool and provides them with a day of outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, or clay shooting. This program allows those involved to have a safe place to discuss day to day struggles and provides a save place for discussion without repercussion. This program is cost free and has been a tremendous success.
